If your steam cleaner is not working as you expected it to, we will help. The first step is to help you by asking and answering questions to ensure the unit is performing properly and being used the right way. We have LOTS of advice to give that will help you get the best results. If you are still not pleased with the unit, you may return it within 7 days of receipt and you will be refunded the purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges.
If your steam cleaner is not working at all, we will help. All of our systems are covered by warranty, which is honoured by Intersteam in Hamilton ON. During the warranty period, you are responsible for getting the unit to us (either in person or by courier) and we will cover the repair costs and return delivery. Please read the warranty supplied with your system - certain wear items and circumstances are not covered (electrical surges, freezing etc). We are able to repair all of the systems we sell and provide free estimates for all service work.
